Usually, the brown can be tinted on both the lenses and frames.
If the lenses are brown, the frames can be tinted with either brown or the aforesaid colors; accordingly, if the frames are brown or tinted with brown and other colors, the lenses can be in any colors, like the above mentioned colors.

Some people can have a mild form of this condition that doesn't affect their day to day lives much, but for others the symptoms can be more severe. For example, astigmatism can cause anything from mildly blurred vision to severe blurriness that can cause the sufferer to experience fatigue, squinting and headaches as a result.
